Pricing

Cake pricing is discussed individually upon receipt of your order request. All cupcake and gourmet treat pricing are subject to change depending on the intricacies of your requested design, garnishes desired, and availability of seasonal ingredients. 


DEPOSITS & order pickup

Your initial deposit ($20) reserves your event date and is nonrefundable or transferrable. Deposits are due once you have received confirmation, receipt of your order, and returned your signed contract. The remaining balance of your order is to be paid in full 1 week prior to the day of your event.  

Orders are ready for pickup/delivery on WEEKENDS ONLY

All orders placed for pickup are recorded for a selected time during the booking process. It is the responsibility of the client to retrieve the goods purchased on the date and time agreed upon. Late pickups are subject to a $25 fee. Your items will not be released to you until the late fee is paid no matter the price of your order. All orders placed and confirmed are in acknowledgement of this policy.

To modify your pickup/delivery time, please provide 48hr notice.


cancellations & changes

The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

Orders must be cancelled seven (7) days prior to the scheduled order due date to receive a refund of any balance paid, less the nonrefundable deposit and a 25% service fee. Cancellations received less than seven days will not be refunded or credited. All cancellations and changes to your order must be submitted in writing via email to hellopetitechef@gmail.com.
