Petite Chef was founded in the spring of 2016. Marquise’s love for baking however was nurtured years prior alongside her grandmother with the creation of scratch made desserts and family meals. Countless hours watching cooking channels, taste tests with some really eager family members, and the completion of the Patisserie and Baking program at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School became the stepping stones of Marquise starting her own baking business.
Having worked as a prep chef in some amazing kitchens like La Grande Orange and Classic Cakes, she has risen to the challenge of creating a name for herself. Petite, yes. But a chef with big dreams and the drive to pursue a career where everyday can literally be a piece of cake.
A cake, cupcake, or other treat from Petite Chef will not be your cookie cutter dessert.
